“For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth
no more sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation,
which shall devour the adversaries.” Hebrews 10:26-27. Christians can become God’s
adversaries.
“And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her
away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and
